These terms govern your use of Carryover and supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). By downloading or using Carryover, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable terms. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.
Using Carryover
Subject to these terms, the App Store Usage Rules, and Apple's Standard EULA, you may use Carryover on compatible iPhones that you own or control. Carryover is intended for personal entertainment and arithmetic practice.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Carryover except where applicable law expressly permits it. You must not manipulate scores, automate gameplay, exploit defects, or otherwise disrupt Game Center leaderboards or other users' experience.
In-app purchases
Carryover may offer a one-time purchase that unlocks additional content. Apple processes the purchase and associates it with your Apple Account. Prices and taxes are shown by the App Store before purchase. You can use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible purchase. Apple handles refund requests and payment disputes under its applicable policies.
Game Center and Apple services
Carryover uses Apple services including Game Center and StoreKit. Purchases and leaderboard participation are optional. Your use of Apple services is also subject to Apple's terms and policies. Their availability may depend on your Apple Account, region, network connection, parental controls, and Apple's service availability. Apzin does not operate or control these services.
Ownership
Carryover, including its software, design, artwork, text, and branding, is owned by Apzin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Carryover or its content to you.
Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Carryover. Updates may be required to continue using some features. We do not promise that Carryover or an external service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carryover is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apzin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or game progress arising from your use of Carryover. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Carryover at any time. If you materially violate these terms, Apzin may terminate your right to use Carryover. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Carryover or legal requirements. The effective date above will identify the latest version. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
